We’ve given you more control over surveys for longer playtests: you can now set different surveys for each day or session in Longitudinal and Multi-Session playtests!
Before this update, creating different surveys for each session required support from our Research Operations team. Adding additional questions as the playtest progresses or gathering different data was an extra step between your team and the fastest playtest results possible. Now, we’ve added this option directly in the order form to empower our customers to customize their approach to multi-day or -session playtests—without waiting for support from our team!
There is no customization fee to use this feature, and anyone with access to ordering Longitudinal and Multi-Session playtests should already see this option on the order form.
How it works: In the order form, you can easily define the playtest flow for each session, adding tasks or having the players play naturally. Build your research your way, and speed up the ordering workflow with one-click task reset and duplication. Avoid overburdening players with tasks and questions you won’t use in your results reporting. Time your tasks specifically to coincide with relevant questions. Add survey questions to fit features that unlock in later sessions, or to better match ongoing gameplay experience. The power is yours!
