Effortless Interview Rescheduling

We are thrilled to introduce a new feature that empowers you to reschedule interview time slots instantly, right from the playtest page. No more need to get in touch with us or go through the process of cancelling a scheduled interview. With this update, you have the autonomy to efficiently manage your time slots at your convenience.

How it works:

Navigate to the playtest overview page. Locate the Reschedule / Cancel link next to the time slot you wish to modify. Clicking the link will direct you to the Manage Time slots page. Here, you can choose between Reschedule and Cancel options.

Reschedule Option:

You can select the Reschedule option to set a new interview time. Once rescheduled, the player will be notified about the change. If the new time isn't suitable for the player, they have the flexibility to cancel. It's important to note that the new time must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

Cancel Option:

Opt for the Cancel option if you need to cancel the interview. This action will notify the player about the cancellation.

Please keep in mind that rescheduling is only available for time slots with an assigned player. If a time slot is unassigned, you can proceed with a cancellation.
