Use your own external survey tool

We're excited to introduce a streamlined process for users with Professional Advanced and Enterprise subscription plans to use third-party surveys in their playtests. Previously, incorporating these surveys required custom requests. Now, you can seamlessly add third-party surveys directly during the playtest ordering process.

How it works:

When placing your playtest order, navigate to the survey section and click on Use a 3rd party survey tool.

• Provide the Survey URL: Input the survey URL from your third-party survey tool. For supported tools and instructions on survey setup compatible with our platform, refer to our help center.

• Ensure Compliance: Confirm that your survey adheres to our terms of service.

• Test your survey to ensure that it is setup correctly. Comprehensive steps can be found in our help center.

Notes:

• This feature is available for single-session playtests, concept tests and survey playtests at the moment.
• Survey playtests that include a 3rd party survey will be paused after the order is placed. Our team will check the survey during office hours (M-F 9am-7pm CEST) to check if the playtest price needs to be adjusted.
