Use external survey tools in Multi-Session and Longitudinal Playtests

You can now use your own external survey tools for longer playtests. When ordering a multi-session or longitudinal playtest, you can use a unique survey for each day or session using your own preferred survey platform (you can also use the native survey tool in the Player Insights Platform™).

Before launching the playtest, you can test the survey integration to make sure everything is working properly, similar to the Single-Session Playtest order form.

If the same survey is used for multiple days or sessions, you'll get a warning to make sure your survey supports multiple submissions (helpful to keep things running smoothly for the rest of the test).

All subscription levels that include external surveys already have access to this new feature.
